Exhibit B / Agentic SDLC

Forge

Ask a model for a whole application and it truncates. Ask it to fix one file and it breaks two more.

Active development

Forge is an autonomous software factory: from product idea to compiled, tested code.

It is designed around the two ways agentic codegen actually fails. Whole-application generation truncates, so Forge works one file per LLM call. Whole-file regeneration introduces new bugs while fixing old ones, so Forge applies surgical patches instead.

Structural QA loops check the work, and the telemetry is honest about what the machines got wrong, because a factory you can't audit is a demo.

Forge is where the essay's argument gets tested daily: agents are a management problem, and Forge is the management system.
